Chùa Ông Suối Đá 崋光大帝廟

A small Chinese community temple in the Duong To neighbourhood, a short drive east of Long Beach. The full name — 崋光大帝廟 — refers to Emperor Hua Guang, a Chinese deity associated with fire and protection. The temple has the layered roof tiling and red-and-gold altar work typical of Chinese-Vietnamese religious architecture on the island, and is an active place of worship for the local Chinese community rather than a tourist site. Free to enter, no guided experience. Worth a stop if you're passing through Duong To or want a quieter, less-visited alternative to the more famous Ho Quoc Pagoda on the east coast. A 30-minute visit is plenty.
