Bai Khem (Khem Beach) sits a few kilometres east of An Thoi. Agoda’s area name for this coast is Bai Khem. The sand is white and the water is usually calm, and the beach is less visited than Bai Sao because the JW Marriott and Premier Village hold the frontage. If you are not staying at one of those resorts, access to the sand is limited.
Mui Ong Doi (Ong Doi Cape) is the southern tip of the same coast, about 2.9 km south-east of JW Marriott Emerald Bay. Premier Village is the resort on that cape. Agoda still files it under Bai Khem.

- Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, managed by Accor, is filed under the same Bai Khem area.
- New World Phu Quoc Resort is the other large resort Agoda files under Bai Khem.
- Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort is on Ong Doi Cape (Mui Ong Doi), 2.9 km south-east of the JW Marriott.
Getting there
An Thoi is about 25 km south of Duong Dong, 35–45 minutes by scooter, and Bai Khem is a few kilometres further east. Grab works in the south but can take longer to arrive than in town. The getting around Phu Quoc guide covers scooter rental and car hire.
