The water's calm and west-facing, which means the same reliable sunsets as the pricier stretches, minus the loungers-for-a-fee routine. It's more local and less polished than the beach clubs, so expect a mixed, laid-back crowd. Free to use. Good if you just want a swim and a sunset without spending anything, and easy to reach off Trần Hưng Đạo. Bring your own towel and shade, and keep an eye on your gear.
